Scarab Digital is proud to announce the successful completion of a series of rigorous  and demanding tests of the new ARRIRAW Ver.3 format. This in depth testing was achieved using the new ALEXA camera and CODEX tapeless recording system. ARRIRAW ver.3 provides uncompromised image quality and the most flexibility in postproduction. This uncompressed 12 bit raw Bayer sensor data output from the ALEXA could be described as a digital negative that needs to be processed. 

We are proud to announce that new primetime CBS show "CHAOS" chooses Scarab Digital for there state of the art Codex tapeless workflow. Chaos is a new comedic drama about a group of rogue CIA spies in the Clandestine Administration and Oversight Services (CHAOS), who combat treats to national security amidst bureaucratic gridlock, rampant incompetence and political infighting. The show stars Eric Close, Tim Blake Nelson, Freddy Rodriguez, and James Murray. It all starts Friday April 1st on CBS.
